Stone Burier

Reverse tillers are an innovative solution in the agricultural and horticultural sectors. Designed as attachments, they offer the possibility of carrying out soil cultivation more efficiently and effectively. The reverse tiller works by turning and loosening the soil, resulting in better aeration and mixing of the soil. This is particularly beneficial for the preparation of seedbeds or the integration of organic materials into the soil.

The design of these tillers allows them to be hitched directly to tractors or other agricultural vehicles, enabling seamless integration into existing workflows. The robust design ensures that they can work reliably even under difficult conditions. As a manufacturer of these specialized attachments, we place great emphasis on quality and durability to ensure that our customers receive a product that exceeds their expectations and helps increase efficiency on their farms.

Stone Burier UF for connection to two-wheel tractors, cutter bar mowers and carrier vehicles

The UF reverse tiller, an innovative tillage implement, is revolutionizing agriculture with its efficiency and performance. It is particularly suitable for stony soils and the cultivation of old turf. Thanks to its unique mode of operation, hard clods, stones and old turf are effectively worked into the soil. After just one pass, the fine soil presents itself on the surface, eliminating the tedious task of collecting stones. This saves a considerable amount of time during soil cultivation.

A special feature of the reverse tiller is that its drive is located outside the working surface, which prevents the formation of unworked strips. The tiller's working tools throw material against sieve bars, separating it into coarse and fine sieve fractions. The finer particles fall through the screen and are distributed over the coarser material by a baffle plate, which ensures a uniform result.

Stone Burier UFD for three-point suspension

Our UFD three-point linkage reversible tiller is designed for soil cultivation and can efficiently work old turf, stones and the hardest clods into the soil. It is characterized by its ability to bring the fine soil to the surface after just one pass, eliminating the need to collect stones. This saves a considerable amount of time when working the soil.

The special feature of the reverse tiller is its drive, which is positioned outside the working area. This means that there are no unworked strips on the tilled soil. The tiller's working tools work in a similar way to shovels and throw material against sieve bars. This filters coarse material downwards, while the fine screen fraction flies through the screen and is distributed over the coarser material like a veil by means of a baffle plate.

LIPCO reverse tilling - an efficient method of soil cultivation

Reverse tillers, also known as reverse tillers, are high-quality implements for agriculture and horticulture. They offer an efficient method of soil cultivation and provide a wide range of benefits. These areas of application clearly show how versatile and valuable reverse tillers are in modern agriculture and horticulture. As a manufacturer of these machines, we attach great importance to ensuring that they are not only powerful and efficient, but also robust and durable in order to meet the diverse requirements of users.

Reverse milling for preparing and improving seedbeds

Preparing and improving seedbeds: Reverse tillers are ideal for preparing seedbeds. They turn the soil and loosen it, allowing for better aeration and water absorption. This promotes healthy root growth and improves the germination rate of seeds.

Reverse milling for the incorporation of organic materials

Incorporating organic materials: Another important area of application is the incorporation of organic materials such as compost or fertilizer into the soil. The tiller mixes these materials thoroughly with the soil, which leads to improved soil fertility and an increase in the nutrient content.

Reverse tilling for soil regeneration and weed control

Reverse tillers are also effective in regenerating compacted soils and controlling weeds. They break up the soil crust and undermine weeds, inhibiting their growth. This is particularly useful in organic farming systems where the use of herbicides is avoided.

Reverse milling for erosion control

In areas that are prone to soil erosion, reversible tillers help to stabilize the soil. By turning over the soil, the surface structure is changed, which slows down the run-off of rainwater and reduces erosion.

Reverse milling for the renovation of pasture areas

They are also used to renovate pasture areas. By breaking up the surface, nutrients can penetrate the soil better, resulting in improved grass quality and increased fodder production.
