The LIPCO AE trailed harvester, without its own shaking unit, revolutionizes fruit harvesting. Cloths spread out under the trees catch the fruit, preventing contact with the ground and dirt. After collection, a conveyor belt transports the fruit through a cleaning fan and removes leaves and branches. This ensures that the quality is maintained right up to the end consumer.
The cloth, belt and blower are operated steplessly from the rear. A hydraulic steering axle enables easy maneuvering. Additional functions such as a push-through plate for small containers and a hydraulic pallet fork for large boxes optimize harvesting. This system guarantees gentle fruit harvesting and preserves the freshness and aroma of the fruit right through to final packaging.
